I understand that the final amount to be paid may depend on my choices.

I understand that my participation is voluntary, that I can choose not to participate, and that I can withdraw at any stage without being penalised, though if I do so, I will not get paid.

I understand that the de-identified data from this experiment may be made available to other researchers for the scientific purposes of verification and further analysis, including future research projects. No information that could lead to the identification of any individual will be disclosed or shared with any other party.

The study involves working in pairs. You will need to wait for your paired partner to complete their part at times. Please ensure that you have 20 minutes available to complete the entire experiment, so both you and your partner can receive the full earnings.

Before the experiment begins, you will need to wait for another participant to be paired. If you wait for more than 5 minutes without being paired, you will exit the experiment and receive a $1 compensation.

Note: If you do not agree to participate, the experiment will end, and you will not receive any payment.
