Your paired worker Daniel will work on the transcription task for four rounds. Each round will last 60 seconds. At the beginning of each round, we will ask you to make a guess about Daniel's performance.

At the end of each round, you will receive a performance report for Daniel for that round. After reading the report, at the end of round 1, 2 and 3, you will provide feedback to Daniel. You will construct a feedback message from a list of possible messages. Then, Daniel will read the message. Apart from your feedback, Daniel will not receive any report on performance until the end of stage 4.

Daniel will be paid based on his accuracy in the transcription task. For each assignment, Daniel will receive 1 ECU for each letter he transcribed correctly. Daniel will also receive a bonus of 10 ECUs if all five letters in an assignment are transcribed “fully correctly”, meaning his input perfectly matches the string (as shown in the figure below). Your payoff in each round will be the same as Daniel's payoff.
