As the worker, You will work on the transcription task for four rounds. Each round will last 60 seconds.

At the end of each round, the manager will receive your performance report for that round. After reading the report, at the end of round 1, 2 and 3, the manager will provide you feedback on your performance. The feedback will be chosen from a list of possible messages. Apart from the manager's feedback, you will not receive any report on performance until the end of stage 4.

You will be paid based on your accuracy in the transcription task. For each assignment, you will receive 1 ECU for each letter transcribed correctly. You will also receive a bonus of 10 ECUs if all five letters in an assignment are transcribed “fully correctly”, meaning your input perfectly matches the string (as shown in the figure below). The manager’s payoff in each round will be the same as your payoff.
