Your paired worker Elizabeth will work on the transcription task for four rounds. Each round will last 60 seconds. At the beginning of each round, we will ask you to make a guess about Elizabeth's performance.

At the end of each round, you will receive a performance report for Elizabeth for that round. After reading the report, at the end of round 1, 2 and 3, you will provide feedback to Elizabeth. You will construct a feedback message from a list of possible messages. Then, Elizabeth will read the message. Apart from your feedback, Elizabeth will not receive any report on performance until the end of stage 4.

Elizabeth will be paid based on her accuracy in the transcription task. For each assignment, Elizabeth will receive 1 ECU for each letter she transcribed correctly. Elizabeth will also receive a bonus of 10 ECUs if all five letters in an assignment are transcribed “fully correctly”, meaning her input perfectly matches the string (as shown in the figure below). Your payoff in each round will be the same as Elizabeth's payoff.
